30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your report, email within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund the trial fee.

Renewal charges

If you forgot to cancel and were charged a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it provided the premium features were not used during that period. Refund decisions for later requests are at our discretion.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We resolve almost every case within one business day.
